How we work
Any new building project is as unique as our clients. Over the past 40 years we have developed ways of working which aim to help guide our clients through their projects to completion. The success of any project, relies on having a well-defined, tried and tested process, where clients know exactly what is involved at each stage. Below is an overview of our process.

Assessing your project
Our initial meeting with you to define the project aims, scope and budget.

Feasibility study
Our architectural designers will provide you with 3D design options so you can visualise your project eaasily, and alternative approaches.

Planning permissions
Our architectural designers meet with you to agree the finer points of the design drawings. Upon approval, we submit the drawings for all required planning approvals.

Works specifications
Through detailed discussions with you we agree construction specifications - such as lighting, wall finishes, sanitary ware, etc - and provide you with a clear cost breakdown, which, once agreed, is binding.

Project scheduling
We provide a secured start date, a detailed working schedule, and a project completion date.

Project Implementation
We commence work on the agreed start date and provide you with regular updates at each stage of the project, right through to completion.
